This is a very nice service worn example of an early American Made Militia riflemans bag with a small period correct powder horn and shot pouch. The leather of the bag shows heavy period repairing with several repairs to the strap and even what appears to be an overall reinforcement of the strap. The front flap of the bag is mostly detached in the middle and is only attached at the ends. The shot pouch is a very nice
